# Staff Recruitment

To keep the server running strong and consistent, I've realized it's no longer something I can manage alone so I'm officially opening recruitment for new GM team members.

## 🎯 Available Positions:

1. Marketing Team
2. Designer Team
3. Event Team

### 1. Marketing Team

**Responsibilities:**

* Plan and execute marketing campaigns, events, and promotions.
* Create engaging content for Discord, Facebook, forums, and social media platforms.
* Brainstorm ideas to attract and retain players.
* Collaborate with other GMs and stay updated with server goals.

**Requirements:**

* Creative and self-motivated.
* Active in-game and on Discord.
* Previous experience in marketing or community management is a plus.

### 2. Designer Team

**Responsibilities:**

* Design banners, event posters, Discord icons, and promotional graphics.
* Support ongoing events with attractive visuals.
* Work with the team to ensure consistent branding.

**Requirements:**

* Strong sense of design and aesthetics.
* Proficient with tools like Photoshop, Canva, or similar.
* Able to deliver timely and quality designs.
* Portfolio or sample works will be prioritized.

### 3. Event Team

**Responsibilities:**

* Host in-game events (manual or scripted), both fun and competitive.
* Brainstorm creative event ideas and collaborate with other GMs.
* Engage with players during events and maintain a fun atmosphere.
* Help write event announcements and guide players during participation.

**Requirements:**

* Friendly and energetic personality.
* Must be familiar with in-game commands and basic event flow.
* Active and available during peak server hours.
* Prior experience hosting events is a bonus, but not required.
